Terms of Service

Enrollment

A seat is reserved only after successful payment and account setup. You must use the same email address for payment and account creation so your paid reservation can be claimed.

Payments

SMCEGADS offers the Spanish Daily Class as either one upfront payment for the full course path or three monthly payments. Payment is handled by Stripe, and access can be delayed if a payment is incomplete, disputed, or reversed.

Refunds

Refunds are available until 7 calendar days before the scheduled course start date. Refund requests received within 7 calendar days of the course start date or after the course begins are not available unless SMCEGADS approves an exception.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share account access, class links, recordings, or course materials unless SMCEGADS gives written permission.

Class Participation

Students are expected to participate respectfully and use the class environment for learning. SMCEGADS may remove access for disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

Changes

SMCEGADS may update these terms as the program evolves. The version posted on this page applies to new enrollments and update signups after the posted update date.
