Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you request updates, reserve a class seat, create an account, or use the learning app. This can include your name, email address, class choices, account details, learning activity, and communication preferences.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. SMCEGADS receives payment status, customer identifiers, and purchase metadata needed to confirm reservations and provide account access. We do not store full payment card numbers in the learning app.
How We Use Information
We use information to manage enrollment, send class and account emails, provide learning content, maintain class reminders, support students, and improve the SMCEGADS program.
Communications
If you sign up for updates, we may email you about upcoming class times, seat availability, and enrollment information. You can ask to be removed from update emails at any time.
Service Providers
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, email, payments, scheduling, and analytics. These providers receive the information needed to perform those services.
